Alfred C. Carter, Jr.

Mr. Alfred C. Carter, Jr., 78, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on March 9, 2019.

He had been a Construction Worker and Concrete Finisher and he loved, loved, loved fishing.

Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Sr. and Louise Carter; siblings: Gloria C. Carter and Elijah James Carter.

Alfred leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, children: Ricky Carter, Clarence Carter, David Carter (Sonya), Ramone Dale Gillie, Willie, Cynthia Carter-Johnson (Gregory), Sandra Carter and Louise Gillie; sisters, Lure Lee McFarland and Linda L. McFarland; 17 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

The visitation is Saturday, March 16, 2019, 10am - 12pm with the service at 12pm at Freedom Temple C.O.G.I.C., 2101 Brookside Avenue, Indianapolis. The interment is at Sutherland Park Cemetery.

All floral and memorial tributes should be delivered to the Church on Saturday morning after 8:30am.
