Mother Anna Louise Wilson, 87 of Indianapolis received her wings on Friday, November 8, 2019. She was a member of Bethel Family Worship Center and former member of Cornerstone of Hope Church. Being in church all her life, she grew up in First Baptist Church Bridgeport, and served as an assistant teacher at Cornerstone of Hope Church. An avid baker, Mother Wilson was known for her chocolate chip cookies.
She had many loving family members and friends who are left to cherish her memory, including her sons, Bishop Stephen L. Wilson, Sr., (Irma), Pastor Kenneth L. Wilson, (Loudella "Dell"), Reverend Robert S. Wilson, Jr., Reverend Kevin B. Wilson, (Donna); sister, Beatrice Pierson, ten grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of her life will take place Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Puritan Missionary Baptist Church, 872 W. 27th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46208 with calling from 9:00 am until time of services. Bishop Larry D. Grinstead will Officiate, and Pastor Russell Hylton is the Eulogist. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. Floral tributes may be delivered beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
