Mr. D'Anthony "DA" Shayne Collins, 26, of LaGrange, Kentucky, passed away on July 16, 2018.
He was an U.S. Army veteran and was in the U.S. Army Reserves and worked as a Pharmacy Compliance Specialist at the Rawlings Group in LaGrange, Kentucky.
DA leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, loving mother, Debra Lawrence (Elder Don Lawrence), father, Derrick Collins, Sr.; siblings: Derrick Collins, Jr., Durrell Collins, Daryl Collins, Gavin Lawrence, Chad Lawrence, Denee Lawrence, Demia Spencer, Ameenah Chance and Takia; a host of aunts, uncles, very special cousins and friends.
The visitation is Saturday, July 28, 2018, 9am - 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration at 11am at Agape Apostolic Faith Assembly, 6240 N. Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. The interment is in Crown Hill Cemetery.
