David Richard Seagraves, Sr.

David Richard Seagraves, Sr., 76 of Indianapolis earned his heavenly wings in the evening hours of Friday, August 16th.  Born on August 7, 1943, he was an active member of the Grace Apostolic Church. and was employed at various corporations including Allison Division of General Motors, Wal Mart and others even in the state of Florida.  He enjoyed vintage cars, sports, art, music, and spending time with his family.  He served his country in the United States Air Force.

He leaves to celebrate his life and cherish his memory his son, David Richard Seagraves, Jr., (Michelle);  daughter, Lisa Baptiste (Antonio);  brothers, Samuel Sherman Segraves (Carolyn), and Bruce Wayne Seagraves, (Sandra); sister, Janet Seagraves Moorman, (Gregory E.); one grandchild and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 12:00 noon with calling from 10:00 am until time of services at the Grace Apostolic Church located at 649 E. 22nd Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.  He will be laid to rest in Marion National Cemetery.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
