Easter Jacobs

Easter Jacobs, 71, Kokomo, passed Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at 12:15 p.m., while she was at Allison Pointe Healthcare Facility in Indianapolis.

Ms. Jacobs attended elementary school in New Orleans, Louisiana, and relocated to Indiana, where she graduated from Kokomo High School. Easter was married to the love of her life, Mr. Ray Jacobs, on July 28, 1979, and enjoyed being a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church and was a Daughter of the Elks Lodge 29 of Kokomo, Indiana.

Easter accepted Christ into her life at an early age. One thing for sure, she loved the Lord more than anything. Easter loved to play bingo, listen to all types of music, cooking, and her being with her family. She enjoyed life and showed much love to anyone who came in contact with her. She was the most loving and caring mother, sister, friend, and grandmother one could ever have.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church, 1599 E. Sycamore St. Viewing is 9 to 11 a.m. Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
