Mother Emma Nell McCree, age 86 years young was called from earth to glory on May 3, 2020 in Community East Hospital.  Born in Linwood, Alabama, she lived in Indianapolis 51 years.  She was a member of Four Seasons Hawthorne Community and enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, fishing, and playing cards.  She also loved to bake.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory sisters Jennie Fuller, Ida Bea Barnes (Arthur), Dorothy Blair; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services for Mother McCree will be held Wednesday, May 20th at 11:00 am with calling from 10:00 am until time of services at Serenity The Prince of Peace Church of God In Christ.  The church is located at 3412 E. Prospect Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46203.  She will be laid to rest in Washington Park North Cemetery.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
