Franklin Allen

Franklin L. Allen, age 63, departed this life on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Franklin was born on February 3, 1957 in Malden, Missouri. He moved to Kokomo, Indiana in 1964. Franklin was a U.S. Army veteran and was later employed as a roofer for Triple Nickle Inc. He enjoyed to play basketball and listen to music. He especially loved spending time with his family and his grandkids.

He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Shaneka Allen; brother: Willie Allen Jr.; sister: Linda Allen-McNeil (Richard); special friend: Glenda Stewart; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He preceded in death by his parents Wilbur Jones and Mary Frances Fobbs Allen.

Visitation will be held on Saturday May 1, 2020, at Bluitt and Son Funeral Home, Kokomo, IN from 11 am to 12 pm. Internment will take place at Marion National Cemetery. Services of comfort entrusted to Bluitt and Son Funeral Home. www.bluittandson.com
