He was born August 6, 1949 to his father James Jones Sr. and his mother, Dolores Jones. He was a faithful employee at Delco Electronics for over 40 years. He was also a faithful member of Second Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Jones was a member of American Legion Post #127. He was an avid player of games of chance. He enjoyed listening to music especially Oldies. James loved karaoke and going to Mardi Gras annually in New Orleans. He also enjoy spending quality time with his family. Leaving behind his son Reginald Balentine, his daughters Ashley Killebrew and Janee Harris; his beloved brother Nolan McDandal, sisters Deborah Daggs, Delores Bell (Larry) and special sister Barbara Moses. Home going celebration of life service will be held at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 819 N. Apperson Way, Kokomo, IN 46901 on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11 AM. *Viewing hours is from 9 AM to 11 AM. Rev. Dr. William A. Smith Jr. (officiant)
