Julius LaRosa Brown

Julius LaRosa Brown was born to Edna Mae and Rufus Brown on Nov. 14, 1952, in Kokomo. He received his formal education in the Kokomo school system. He married Elzie Brown of Atlanta, Texas. He was owner of a moving company, a truck driver and a carpenter. He passed away June 17, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents and six siblings. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Elrico Barbary (Melissa), of Kokomo, Indiana, and Julius (JuJu) Arthur, of Tatum, Texas; one daughter, McKenzie Arthur, of Tatum, Texas. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Strait Gate Ministry, with calling from 9 a.m. until service time. Pastor Jack Woodard will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery.
