Infant Kaylse Dior Manning of Indianapolis, daughter of Jasmine Manning received her wings on February 13, 2020. Services will be Friday, February 28, 2020 at 7:00 pm with calling from 5:00 pm until time of service at Universal Ministries Worldwide Assembly, 1927 East 32nd Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. She will be laid to rest in New Crown Cemetery. Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
