Mr. Kenneth Edward “Bookie” Hunt, 49, of Indianapolis, Indiana, transitioned from labor to reward on May 25, 2019.
He was a member of Living Water Fellowship Church. He owned and operated Huntown Barber & Beauty Shop for 24 years, where he styled and cut as a Master Barber. Kenny enjoyed traveling, adored his family and loved life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Gregory Hunt; his brother Michael Cook and sister Lyneice Cosby-Blanc.
Those left to cherish his memory and celebrate his life include: loving wife, Yolander Hunt; sons: Jalen Hunt and Joel Hunt; mother, Rhonda Bentley (Dale); siblings: Dale Marcus Bentley, Rosemary Cosby, Deborah Zavala (Augustin) Pamela Zepeda (Jason); Auntie/Momma, Judy Seymour (Theodore); Brother/Cousin, Bryan Lucas; Sister/Cousin, Marcie Lucas and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
The visitation is Saturday, June 8, 2019, 9am – 11am with the Homegoing Celebration at 11am at Living Water Fellowship Church. The entombment will immediately follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
All floral tributes should be delivered to the Church on Saturday after 8am.
