Norma Jean Wheeler

Mrs. Norma Jean Wheeler, 81, of Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on the morning of June 23, 2018.
She previously attended New Light Missionary Baptist Church. She was a Receptionist for many years at Farm Bureau Insurance and was a graduate of Martin University.
Mrs. Wheeler was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Thelma Winters; husband, Joseph Wheeler; children: Patricia Breed, Shirley Gladney; siblings: Edward Winters, Robert Lee Anderson, Reba Williams, Lela Harris, Nellie Hurd and Patricia Ann Perkins.
Left to cherish her memory are, children: Edward Eberhardt (Charlotte), Paul Winters, Robert Breed, Arthur Breed (Gale), Melvin Breed (Debbie), Timothy Breed, Debbie Williams, Tina Wilson (Teddy) and Nora Clark (Steven); siblings: Chester Winters, Jr., Umar, Jerry Anderson, Gloria Matthews; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
The visitation is Saturday, June 30, 2018, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at Church of the Living God, Saints of Christ. The burial is in New Crown Cemetery.
