Paulette Regina Harris

Paulette Regina Harris, 70, of Kokomo and Indianapolis, Indiana was called from labor to reward on the evening of August 17, 2019 at American Village in Indianapolis.  Born in Madisonville, Kentucky to the late Leroy and Iona Jeanette (Casey) Johnson, Paulette attended Eastern Star Church.  She was previously employed by RCA, Arcadia Nursing Home, and was a homemaker. Paulette loved to sing, and had a passion for drawing.  She loved to do hair and nails, especially for her family and friends.  Paulette also loved to shop and travel.

Paulette was preceded in death by her parents, 3 siblings, and her late husband, Cooper Harris.

She loves to celebrate her life and cherish her memory, her significant other, James Jones, Jr. of Kokomo, Indiana; son, Reginald Balentine; daughters, Jenee' S. Harris, and Ashley A. Killebrew; brothers, Darrell D. Johnson, (Rhonda) and Glenn W. Johnson, (Anthony); sister, Karim Haskins; ten grandchildren, and a host of many other relatives and friends.

There will be a Visitation Friday, August 23rd from  2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Bluitt & Son Funeral Home, Kokomo, 511 East Monroe Street. Home Going Services Saturday, August 24th at 10:30am with calling at 9:00 am at Universal Ministries Worldwide Assembly, 1927 E. 32nd St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46218.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.

Interment will take place at Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery.
