Mrs. Pearl L. Gardiner Rowan, 67, of Kokomo, Indiana, transitioned from labor to reward on the evening of June 24, 2018.
She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. She retired from AT&T after 28 years of service. She loved to travel and was an avid reader of African History and collector of African American Art.
Pearl leaves to cherish her memory, stepsons: Brent Rowan of Memphis, TN, Brian Rowan and Beauregard Rowan of Atlanta, GA; sister, Tonya Marsh; brother, Timothy Parker; stepbrothers, William Terry, II, of Peoria, IL, Gregory Terry of Columbus, OH and Randall Terry (Cynthia) of Bradenton, FL; nephew, Carl Durham, Jr. (Michelle); niece, Anita Smith (Brian); cousin, James F. Hargraves (Lynn) of West Chester, PA and a host of extended family and friends.
The visitation is Saturday, June 30, 2018, 9am - 11am with service at 11am at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. The interment will immediately follow in Crown Point Cemetery.
