Phillip P. Toombs, 54, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 23, 2019.  Services will be Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 am with calling from 9:00 am until time of services at St. Rita Catholic Church, 1733 Dr. Andrew J.
