Voncile A Graves 86 transitioned from this life on January 5, 2021. Born in Monroeville AL she was the daughter of the late Marcellas and Annie Bell (Parker) Armstrong. In 1953 while hanging out in the Washington High School Gym she met her husband to be Thomas “Tony” Graves and in 1955 they became husband and wife. He was an airman an together they lived the military life traveling the world. Voncile had many talents among them she was a master cosmetologist. Settling in Kokomo she worked for Delco Electronics Division of GM, UAW Local 292 for 20 years retiring in 1996. Being a devout christian, she was an active member of Mt Pisgah M.B.C. servingwith the Missionary Society and singing in the senior choir. Among her many loves in life she most enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and forever in the hearts of her husband; Thomas “Tony” Graves, sons; TonyM. (Joanna) Graves of Grand Blanc MI, Neal D. (Angie) Graves of Indianapolis and Shawn R (Delina) Brooker of Atlanta GA. Daughters; Crystal and Darlene D Graves both of Kokomo brothers; Robert T. (Ruth) Armstrong of Pensacola FL and Gary O. (Diane) Armstrong of Kokomo grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Opal Givens, two sisters and one brother.
