Nathan L. Bluitt, Jr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He spent the majority of his childhood in Kokomo, Indiana. At the age of 7, his father relocated the family there to establish the Bluitt Funeral Home. After graduating from Kokomo High School in 1969, he attended the Indiana College of Mortuary Science. He successfully completed the requirements for graduation and passed the Indiana State Boards to become a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer before the age of 21.
After graduating, Nathan served his apprenticeship alongside his father at their family's firm which was renamed Bluitt & Son Funeral Home. He was employed by the Delco Electronics Division of General Motors for 11 years before acquiring the Parker and Son Funeral Home in Champaign, Illinois from the late Joshua Parker in January 1983. The firm was renamed Bluitt-Parker Funeral Home. In November 1986, Nathan relocated to Indianapolis to join the staff of the Williams Funeral Home and Mr. Richard E. Williams. As the General Manager of the Williams Funeral Home, he still owned and operated the Bluitt-Parker Funeral Home. Nathan became the owner of the Williams Funeral Home in December 1992. The name was changed to Williams & Bluitt. At the time of purchase, the firm ranked #12 and under his ownership the firm became #1 and has been in that position consistently serving over 500 families annually.
Mr. Bluitt owns the Rose Royce Removal Service of Indianapolis and AFNFUNERALS.COM (Affordable Funerals Network), a network of Funeral Homes in over 241 markets nationally that offer Funeral Services and Cremation over the Internet. He is very active in his community serving on several boards and attends Eastern Star Church. In every aspect of his life, he gives God all the honor, glory, and praise. Nathan is the proud father of three daughters, Renae, Royce and Alnisa.

David was previously the President of the Union District Layman's Movement and the President of the Indiana State Layman Department. He served as the 1993 Local host committee Co-Chair for Billy Graham Crusade Men’s Department
and is active in Christian men’s work. David is currently a member of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Laymen Department Special Assistant to 3 President, and has a compassion for serving families at the highest level of integrity during their time of need.
